See cutoff marks and ranks cannot be easily predicted for a particular year as they vary from year to year and depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc. Hope you understand this as well. So don't worry, I will guide you with the previous past year cutoff marks and rank analysis so accordingly we can set a target score for you, which you've to aim to ensure your seat into your dream college ie VMMC and Safdarjung Medical College, New Delhi.
So in 2018, the cutoff for SC category through the ALL INDIA QUOTS was 562 marks equivalent to an AIQ approx rank of 5381.
In 2017, it was close to around 568 marks for the sc category under ALL INDIA QUOTA.
So you've to aim more than that to be on safer side obviously. From this year, AIIMS and jipmer are also merged into all India Single entrance examination - NEET. So there are chances that cutoffs might increase a bit more. So score 575 and above to ensure your seat in vmmc and Safdarjung Medical College, Delhi.

Best wishes. Thank you.
The stipend in central government medical colleges is comparatively higher than the state government colleges. In top rated medical colleges like VMMC, Delhi the stipend provided to the PG students is around Rs. 80000 in the first year which is again increased by around 5k in every year.
Dear Sneha,
In Vardhaman Mahavir medical college Delhi offered many PG Courses for Aspirant, but in your quarry not mentioned the specif subject it will trouble for answering for same but minimum INR 100000-140000 total fees , excluding hostel fees .
In 2019, an All India Rank of 1807 secured a seat in VMMC after Round 1. So with an All India Rank of 1712, you have a fair chance at VMMC for Obstetrics and Gynaecology. . Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation. Please try our College predictor to check the possibility of other specialisations with you rank across India: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-all-india-college-predictor

Hello
Yes an OCI is eligible for appearing in NEET and also taking part in AIQ counseling for taking admission in Medical government colleges, but the only underlying difference here is that there is no reservation of seats for the NRI or OCI category students in government medical colleges.
So you will be considered under the general category students while doing the choice filling.
OCIs cannot apply through the state quota for government medical colleges in Karnataka
