You havent mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for VMMC have been as follows:
General Category: 595
OBC: 527
SC: 450
ST: 319
Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in 2020, against your Category, you should score atleast 50 marks more than those mentioned here.
85% of the seats of VMMC are filled through IPU NEET Counselling. In 2019, under State Quota,527 marks secured a seat in VMMC under OBC Category. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And for a seat in VMMC in 2020, you will need to target atleast 600 because this time the competition is going to be tough due to prolonged NEET preparation time. And this might increase the cut offs as well. So if you can target atleast 600, it might be easier for a seat in VMMC.

VMMC fills 15% of its seats through All India Counselling and the rest 85% through IPU Counselling. In 2019, under State Quota, 319 marks secured a seat in VMMC. And under All India Counselling, an Al lndia Rank of 6010 secured a seat in VMMC. That loosely converts to 500 - 520. That was the cut off. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat under State Quota, you need to score atleast 400 and if you do not have Delhi's domicile, then you should aim for atleast 550-575. This is an estimated cut off keeping in mind that VMMC is a reputed organisation and the competition is going to be tough. When the competition is tough and the seats are limited, the cut offs increase. Hence the projected score of 400 for State Counseling and 550-575 for All India Counselling.
VMMC seats are filled through All India Counselling for 15% of its seats and the rest 85% are fileld through IPU. In 2019, under State Quota, 595 marks secured a seat in VMMC under General Category. That was the cut off. BHU had a cut off of an All India Rank of 669 in NEET 2019. This loosely converts to 570-580. That was the cut off. Now this is again 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So taking into consideration both VMMC and BHU cut offs, you will need to score atleast 625. This is because both VMMC and BHU are sought after Medical Institutions and Competition is going to be tough. When the seats available are less and the competition is tough, it results in higher cut offs. So you should aim for atleast 625. Good luck.
In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for VMMC for both OBC and General Category have been as follows:
General Category: 640
OBC: 616
VMMC fills the 15% of its seats through All India Counselling and the rest 85% seats through IP Quota. In 2019, under IP Quota, an All India Rank of 1843 was the cut off for General Category and that translates to 595 marks. And the cut off for OBC Category was 527. And we do not have RML's data. Nevertheless, cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in VMMC, you will have to score atleast 625 and beyond if you belong to General Category and atleast 600 if you belong to OBC Category. And for RML, you will need an All India Rank of less than 4000 atleast which means you need to target atleast 575 and more. This is an expected score but again as NEET has been postponed by 4 months and Candidates might prefer colleges nearby due to the Pandemic, the cut offs might increase. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 40 more days to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity
Arnab, AIIMS conducts its admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling. And this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admissions through NEET score and so it might be tad difficult to predict the score. And PWD is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For AIIMS Delhi, you will need more than 625 while for an AIIMS Nagpur or Telangana even 600 might be enough. So for AIIMS, we would say you should target more than 600. Now if you belong to West Bengal for seat in VMMC or MAMC, you will have to try under All India Counselling. In 2019, under All India Counselling, an All India Rank of 64138 secured a seat in MAMC. This might total upto 550 and above. But this is again 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in MAMC or VMMC, we would say atleast 575 and above should be a decent score. Regarding State Medical Colleges, in 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 671354 secured a seat in Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College under UR-PWD after Round 2. That might be around 450-500. But again because cut offs change every year, we would say you should target around 575 and above considering that you have MAMC, VMMC in mind and these are all filled through All India Counselling because you belong to West Bengal.
