Hey!! There are only 150 seats available for general category students in VMMC. The last year cutoff was around 650 marks, so, don't 460 for VMMC is not a reliable score but it's always worth a shot, so do fill the application form. A word of advice - keep multiple options in your hand and don't loose hope.
Hello!Twinkle Bhowmick
Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college of bihar, you seems to have less chance of getting govt medical college under UR quota. You need 520+ for govt medical college under UR quota. Also chance of getting VMMC is very less, for this you need 630+ score.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of medical college of BIHAR,you can check which other medical college you may get:

GOOD LUCK!
I would go for VMMC Delhi. The reason being patient load. Delhi being the capital, people flock from peripheral states. They try for RP Centre, AIIMS but due to huge patient burden all patients do not get chance of treatment and hence more to other Delhi colleges. During PG, getting huge number of cases both rare and interesting is a key point of study, research and paper presentation thesis etc.
BJ Medical College shall mostly get patients from Gujarat whereas Delhi being capital will get patients as far as Bihar and J&K.
