as per the cut off of last year i.e. 2017 you must score more than 600 to have fair chances to get the colleges you mentioned above however if your marks fall in the bracket of 650 you will surely get one of these colleges.

NEET 2019 application forms will be released on November 1, 2018 by National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam conducting body.
Application forms will release in online mode.
So, if you are asking about the Category details, then must fill the category to which you belong. You belong to OBC category so in the Category field you will have to select OBC.
It is suggested that you should fill all the details correctly and carefully.
Also, admission to all the medical colleges will be on the basis of NEET UG score so you will have to register for NEET exam. And, choices for selecting the colleges will be available after the exam. As of now, you will just have to register for the NEET exam.

Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi has a rating of AAAA and All India Rank of 12.
Both are good colleges.

Vmmc has all the necessary infrastructure but its campus is very congested and most of it is hospital. But due to recent developments it rank among the best colleges in india for medical and classrooms, library and hostels are very hygienic and fully aur conditioned.
I had studied the Vardhman mahavir medical college and SHJ for a couple of months and it was enough to write a about pros and cones. College have all the necessery infrastructure like and modren equipments.
Their are alot of laboratories everything is available in laboratory with proper hygiene. As student you have to experience more knowledge bcz of good experience md dr staff and teachers. Class rooms are very big every facilities are there lecture theatre, projecters different labs and manageable library.
