Hello Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well.

It can be challenging for you to secure a seat at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) during the counselling process if you wish to enrol there. If you are a student in the general category, your chances are exceedingly slim. The following is how the last year's cut offs for various courses went:

IT-88

ME-68

EC-82

EE-75

I hope this helps.

Good Luck

Hello,

College of engineering , Pune or VJTI takes admission on the basis of state merit list prepared by the state authorities. On the basis of rank secured in the merit list you will know about the cut off for the colleges and accordingly you will be admitted to that.

Looking at the previous year trends i doubt it's possible to get admission in these colleges as the cut offs are higher. To get these colleges you need to score atleast 96-97 percentile.

Hello,

As per your percentile your rank would be near about 50,000. On the basis of this rank it is quite difficult to get CSE branch even with your home state quota i n any of the NITs,but you can other branches Civil, Mechanical,Chemical in almost every NITs except top 5-6.

But you can surely get CSE in top private colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

Having said that, dont forget to take part in CSAB round. An occasional good branch may be picked up at a very low rank in NITs or IIITs.

You can use our college predictor tool so as to get idea about the same: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp

All the best !

Hi there!

Well it is not possible to tell whether you will get admission or not at VJTI for electronics program, as admission to VJTI are based on merit only through online CAP i.e. centralized admission process as per guideline of Government of Maharashtra which is conducted by DTE.

As the merit list is depends on various factors like:

1- Number of students applied

2- Number of seat available at Institute

3- Category of an individual and many more

Hence it is not possible to tell you about the guaranteed admission, however we can get a rough idea of cut off by analyzing previous year trends.

The cut off for diploma at VJTI for electronics is around 90 to 92%.

Hence considering these data you may have some chances for getting admission in VJTI.

Hello,

The college VJTI is a top notch college and it is considered as number one college in mumbai and third top college in whole Maharashtra after COEP and NIT so this is enough to say about how much reputation this college has and talking about mechanical branch than it is always a evergreen branch and has a great demand and potential so the cutoffs are very high hence, your target in terms of percentile should be not less than 99 percentile so that securing admission will be little easy.

Thank you..

Hello aspirant,

Every year and for each branch, the cutoffs change. Whether or not you get admitted to a college is determined by the selections of individuals with higher grades than you. Also, please let me know which vjti branch you're seeking for. The cutoffs on each branch are different. If you're a pwd candidate, a rank of less than 500 can get you into comps. You can get into the IT field if your rank is beneath 1100. In addition, any rank below 5000 will get you an excellent branch in vjti.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.
