College Life at VBIET (Ghatkesar) VBIET offers a decent campus life for students, with a friendly and collaborative environment. The college organizes technical fests, cultural events, and sports activities that keep the campus lively throughout the year. Student clubs and societies give opportunities to explore interests beyond academics. The atmosphere is generally peaceful, with faculty supportive towards academic and extracurricular participation. The campus crowd is a mix of local and hostel students,Infrastructure is functional with basic amenities.
My Experience at VBIET In my experience, offers a calm and friendly environment where it’s easy to connect with classmates and make good friends. Cultural programs freshers’ day, and annual fests are some of the moments I enjoyed the most. The campus is not too crowded, which makes it easier to focus on studies, but whenever events happen, the atmosphere becomes energetic and fun.
Tuition fee is Rs 80,000 per year. We had JNTUH fee about Rs 5.5k, this is our fee structure. They take 1800 separately for each semester and separate for records, etc. I paid 1st 6 lakhs (including hostel) and the hostel mess is so clean to see. The food is absolutely good in taste. The hostel maintenance is also good. Finally it's worth to join campus hostel
If we listen to them, we can utilise those lecture classes. The academics are good. But they tell on PPT presentation only it may be a fault. If we listen to them we can understand better. The faculty members' behavior is good towards us
There is available campus placement. From 3 year 2nd semester, we can get an opportunity to get chances. Many companies visit our college like Google, Infosys, Microsoft, etc. The highest package is 6 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. Recently some students have been placed in Infosys and other companies more than 115 students.
Infrastructure is not bad, somewhat needs to improve. Wi-Fi is provided but it doesn't connect all the time. Classrooms are like older schools. Labs are good compared to classrooms. You will not be allowed in the library all the time.
Faculty teaches well, but they don't provide in-depth knowledge. Some faculty are having doctorates, and some of them are M.Tech graduates. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant, and they teach extra skill-up courses for training you for the IT industry. Semester exams are not much difficult. If you gain knowledge in the subject, you don't feel it difficult, I think so. The pass percentage is like 60%.
Great to graduate in this college, excellent faculty. 70% of graduates get their placement. The highest package was 24 LPA in Microsoft, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Microsoft, and Accenture. 60% of students got their internships in SAP, Wipro. Top roles from my course are app development.
The college infrastructure was quite good, and they were developing. The college infrastructure and classrooms were good, and the library was quite decent. I liked sports in the college, as they gave more priority to sports as equal as the education on the campus.
Teachers were well-educated and more experienced. Teachers taught very clearly without any doubt. The examination branch was very strict during the semester examination. The question papers were not much difficult if you studied, and the pass percentage was above 70.
The college placements were quite good for students. A minimum of 60 to 70 percent of students got the opportunity to grab campus placements. The minimum LPA was 4 LPA, and the highest was 23 LPA. College placements companies like TCS, Microsoft, etc.
The college has all facilities provided, with labs for each department, and it has a huge library. Classrooms are spacious, and each classroom holds 60 members. There are Wi-Fi facilities as well. The college has sports like basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, etc., with courts. The quality of food is impressive, and the canteen is spacious.
Teachers help students in every aspect and provide good teacher-student relations. The curriculum is on point with the required skills and helps students develop. The semester exams are good, and students can pass easily. Exams can be passed even by studying 1 day before. From my experience, I study completely and get 80%.
Students are placed according to their skills, and drives are conducted in our college Out of 120 students, 60 students are placed at once. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA and the highest is 11 LPA. Almost 90% of students got internships. The top roles offered in my Data Science course are Data Analyst and Data Scientist.

campus life is very healthy where we get to know many new things learning many new things will help to gain our knowledge and skills
The college campus is too good, and we have many facilities, canteen, the food also too good.we have auditoriums, a big library, a big laboratory, sports center, all maintained very well, the class rooms are very clean and neat.
I studied MBA HR, Teaching with live examples is great, yes the curriculum is updated in every field, and more options are there now, yes we have campus interviews conducted by the college premises. And verious companies came to conducted job mela.
Yes many companies hired from college students, MBA finance and marketing, Btech students also selected. Highest salary offered is 8 lakhs p.a, The placement process is not difficult, and our college is very supportive.
Yes course fee per now is reasonable, for payment seat it may be high, yes it's worth, to study such top colleges affiliated by JNTU, and now it is deemed University college. Enjoyed in the college premises.
The campus is very big, we have bus facility to all around the city. We have many sports activities in the campus, the location is gatkesar. Around the college we have so many IT companies are there. And local bus are also there to travel easily.
It's a grate college and now it's a Deemed University with highly experienced professors, and the campus have sports center activities. Auditoriums, canteens, hostels, and bus facility to travel different routes.
Actually it was very nice infrastructure i observed here with better facilities of labs, libraries, are quite better and even well maintained by the management. College premises are also very beautiful with the trees.
Academics we are studying is average. Faculty in the college are very helpful to students and tries to explain the content and try to make it understandable by the students. This is the very good aspect I found in my college.
My college is having a better and more number of placements. The qualifications for the placements in our college are b tech with more number of internships performed with a better percentage above 80% are eligible for this
For this my college is quiet better with other colleges because we are having a low fee being compared with other colleges In my point of view i am satisfied with this college and I conclude that it is value for money.
It's better. No enjoyment in college, but we have sports hours in which students try to play them eventually and performance of students is recognised by master and allows to play for the college team.
No nothing much but i think you should add some more questions to know the genuine review of a college. And I recommend this college because it is very value of money. I suggest this college VBIT for better value.

The college provides good infrastructure which composes of projectors in respective classrooms, effective labs, work space , peaceful environment, vast area of playground for sports and a healthy time for other cultural activities.
The quality of teaching of the teachers is very good, they are good in their respective field. My college taken some steps into the curriculum of the subject they designed the course industry oriented . The recent developments in the field as well as it makes job ready us.
Placements are medium to high . Generally 70-80% students get placed every year.college is very supportive at the time of interviews and the placement process is pleasant . average salary of placed students goes like 10 lac per annum.
KMEC : Best for CSE/IT in Hyderabad if you prefer proximity, a coding-driven culture, and KMIT mentorship.
CMRM & GURU : Established autonomous colleges with moderate cutoff; better for broader engineering disciplines.
VBIT : Good infrastructure and accreditation, but CSE branch feedback is mixed, and placements average.
If your top priority is CSE/IT with strong coding focus and good placements:
Choose KMEC — it's well-suited for Hyderabad-based CSE aspirants and comes highly recommended by students.
For a more well-rounded engineering experience with broader branch options:
Consider CMRM or GURU, both autonomous institutions with solid track records outside of KMEC’s focused niche.
VBIT (Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology) is generally regarded as a good college with a decent faculty. Many students appreciate the academic environment and the support provided by the faculty.
However, experiences can vary depending on the department and personal expectations.
For more detailed and specific reviews, it's best to check with current students or recent alumni. You can also visit the link for further insights on Careers360.
