VIPER or Vishal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research is a Pune-based institution, accredited for offering pharmaceutical education. This institute has a well-structured admission process for its undergraduate as well as postgraduate pharmacy program. The college accepts admissions by entrance examinations at national as well as state levels, so candidates are selected on fair merit basis.

B.Pharma:

1. MHT CET.
2. DTE does CAP; online registration.
3. Fill the online application form and submit other documents required.
4. Pay application fee as decided by DTE.
5. Completion of CAP rounds, which generally takes place after seat allotments.
6. On allotment report at VIPER for verification and confirmation of admission.

M.Pharma courses: 

1. GPAT or MAH-MPH-CET exam.
2. Filling up the admission process as intimated by the authority concerned.
3. Submission of online application form of M.Pharma at VIPER
4. Graduation certificates and Entrance exam scores as applicable
5. Payment of the application fee as intimated by the institute.
6. Counseling or interview by the institute in case of selecting.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: VIPER offers a 4-year B.Pharma program with an intake of 60 seats. The admission procedure follows the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) process, which includes Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds I, II, and III. 80% of seats are filled through the DTE process, while the remaining 20% are filled at the institute level. Candidates must qualify in the MHT CET exam to be eligible for admission.

M.Pharma Pharmaceutics: This postgraduate course spans 2 years and has 6 seats. Admission will be based on GPAT or MAH-MPH-CET scores. M.Pharma focus is on pharmaceutical formulation and delivery systems.

M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: VIPER offers 9 seats for this 2 years postgraduate study. Admission can be done from GPAT/MAH-MPH-CET for this course like M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics. Specially, Quality control and Assurance in pharmaceutical products manufacturing is put forward.
