The college has a medical care hospital, which is a multi-specialty hospital. This hospital was mainly established for the welfare of the students studying across the entire institution. Numerous specialties such as General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Urology, Dental, Patient counseling, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Blood bank. The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has well equipped and modernized gymnasium inside the campus. College put on different exercise activities to instigate our students to keep up an active lifestyle.

The college Library has 8530 textbooks, 1120 reference books, newspapers, 32 international and national journals, and daily and weekly magazines. The Library follows an open-access system. The spacious reading area lends a calm and comfortable atmosphere for students and faculty members to pursue excellence in academics. The library is equipped with all modern facilities on equivalence with international standards. Through the computerized databases of books in the Library, the search and retrieval of books are much more accessible. 

The college ground is available for all outdoor games like cricket, football, volleyball, shuttle, kabaddi, and Basket Ball. A strong reliant women's kabaddi team and foot Ball team have won many prizes at district and state-level meets. The College Football team secured II places in the Periyar University Inter-Collegiate Football matches. The College kabaddi team secured II position in the Periyar University Inter-Collegiate kabaddi matches and inter-University level participation. Sprinters of college have participated in various intercollegiate events and brought success.

The college has established 7 computer laboratories including a computer center with a total of 458 computers with a vision of providing high exposure to all students. The computing resources include advanced servers and powerful workstations. Seven well-equipped air-conditioned labs with (latest configuration) computers connected with LINUX / WINDOWS servers 80 KVA Uninterrupted Power Supply with help of 250 KVA Generators.

The very spacious Vivekanandha Auditorium is completely furnished with radial light and fully Air Conditioned in which 5000 students can be accommodated at a time. This is the venue of international and national Seminars, Conferences, Workshops College Day functions & Meetings, etc. The VCW Seminar hall with fully Air Conditioned is a well-furnished configuration with a seating capacity of 300. Department-level seminars, workshops, staff meetings, and student meetings are conducted in this hall.

The college operates a fleet of Buses, Vans, Numbering more than 230 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts of 9 Divisions which includes Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Karur, Dharmapuri, Sathyamangalam, Tirupur, Avinasi, and Pallapatti. Free Transport service is provided to all students. Students who travel by college bus should produce the free bus pass on demand. A free pass will be given for one bus.

So College management realized that the language lab is mandatory for the students, particularly from rural areas. The college has General Store that is functioning inside the college campus. It provides many kinds of stationery items, cosmetics, eatables, and hosteller needs. All the students and staff can utilize it for their needs.

Citizen Consumer Club cell of Vivekanandha College for Women in association with Consumer Protection Council, Government of Tamilnadu was established in the year 2019 to enhance consumer awareness among the student communities.
