Hey Pummy , Considering your english marks ,it seems difficult for you to get a seat in Delhi university . But also mention your aggregate of best four subjects , if it makes more than 90% , then there seem some chances.

course, you need to pass the paper, you failed. Besides you can pursue
higher studies either thru a open university like IGNOU or regular
college, if you meet their cut off after adding minimum passing marks in
the subject you failed in. I would say go for open university, the
safest choice,even if you don’t get passed in supplementary exam.

You didn't mention your best four percentage , Considering 86% to be it , the chances are to a very small extent and are almost negligible here as the minimum cut off for general category on an average goes to 90% and are lesser for reserved category which you aren't.
You will be limited to just B.com. You can still try for Aditimahavidyala" (North Campus). However, I would advice you to wait for the cut off lists and plan accordingly.

College Infrastructure
If the new building will get open then the infrastructure will be the bestest among all the du colleges. The maintenance is very bad . The canteen prices are high but the quality of the food is very low.
Huge and a vast campus with alot of facilities

Zakir Hussain College has according to me a really good infrastructure, the college is huge with alot of facilities and places and greenery to chill with friends in free time. The canteen, labs, are really good

College Infrastructure
The college has decent infrastructure, but since it is one of the oldest institutions in Delhi, some buildings are not modernized. Library: Well-stocked with a good collection of books and research material. • Labs: Science labs are functional but not the most advanced and for the commerce lab , In new building they opened the new lab with suitable laptops and switch points • Classrooms: Basic, with adequate seating, but not all have smart-class facilities. Sports Facilities: for cricket, volleyball, football all required sports facilities are available
