The faculty development program for the undergraduate level students of ocean engineering is scheduled for a period of twelve weeks and this core course will enable the students to gain three credit points after course completion.

The online training for the ‘Hydrostatics and Stability’ course is guided by the course educator, Prof Hari Warrior from the department of ocean engineering and naval architecture at IIT Kharagpur. This undergraduate and postgraduate level course enables students to understand the principles and techniques of hydrostatics and stability. The eligible students are awarded the course certificate which consists of the logos of NPTEL and IIT Kharagpur.
