The course teaches the students the reactions (chemistry, physics) in surfaces/interfaces. Along with it, the learners will also learn about the procedure of atomic level construction of surfaces from the bulk crystals as well as the nomenclature for different surfaces. The students also explore concepts such as various interfaces, metal-semiconductor, metal-molecule, like metal-metal, etc.
