Hey Rohit,It's very important to understand that altogether minimum 50% of marks counting your vocational subject( in your case electrical maintaience ) is considered as basic eligibility criteria for BTech.In vocational subjects if scored good it definitely boosts your chances as it will affect your overall Percentage and will increase your chances to get a good college.
Hii Chinmay Yes you are eligible for Pharmacy i.e B.Pharma course as the eligibilty for this is the student should have passed 12th with either Physics,Chemistry ans Maths or Physics,Chmistry and Biology and since you have completed 12th with these subjects you can apply for Pharmacy.

If you are from unreserved category you are not eligible for admission in physiotherapy. A aggregate of 50% in PCB is necessary for unreserved category
And if you are from reserved category. A aggregate of 45% is necessary for the eligibility for physiotherapy.

To be eligible for the admission to MBBS/BDS Courses, a candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology at the Qualifying Examination as mentioned in Graduate Medical Education Regulations-1997 and BDS Course Regulations, 2007 and in addition must have come in the merit list of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses. In respect of the candidates belonging to the SC, ST and OBC category the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology taken in qualifying examination and competitive examination (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) be 40% marks instead of 50%. In respect of candidates with locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for Gen-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.

UPSC CDS examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year to recruit young officers in indian armed forces Army,Navy & Air force.
Main eligibility for CDS is graduation in any stream and there is not any percentage bar as well.

Grace marks do not directely affect but you must fulfill these criterias.
Criteria For The Academic Qualification:
Class XII is the basic qualifying exam, but the qualifying marks differ according to the candidates’ category. The following persons are eligible to give the exam:

Therefore, acccording to me, it does not matter whether you have grace marks or not as long as these criterias are fulfilled.
