What is the scope of bams as compared to physiotherapy?

Ramsha_1482736792 Student Expert 24th Jul, 2019
Hello aspirant,
Please be sure to choose what you want to. What you are good at.
Since, you asked for it, i will state my opinion.
BAMS and Physiothearpy both have good scopes in India but if Your plan is to settle or do job in other countries Physiothearpy is the best. I think physiotherapy is better than BAMS. Both are different fields. BAMS deals with ayurvedic medicine. Physiotherapist are in great demand in sports field, any health issues like back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, for pregnant ladies, and more.
BAMS Ayurveda prescribe medicine in which their will be chances of addiction of medicines. It takes lots of time to get result in Ayurveda but by giving the physiotherapy treatment there will be immediate result can be saw within 2 or 3 day or more then 2 weeks.
Hope this helps
All the best!!!

What should i choose between Computer science engineering or Information technology ? For my Btech. Which have more scope?

Akshat Kudariya 13th Jun, 2019

Hi Ajinkya,

Your question is right because it's going to be a decade with this misconception, people think that CS has more scope than IT which is totally incorrect. Both have different roles and have different careers. Scope in both the branch is similar. Visit this link once (https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/engineering-branches-computer-science-vs-it/amp). This link would definitely be useful for you. Some subjects differ in CS/IT, even though they have some same basic subjects their hiring purpose might be completely different. Choose wisely. All the best.

Sheetal N 14th Jun, 2019

Hello Jaswanth !

Marine zoology mainly deals with the study of marine animals, their structure, embryology, evolution, classification, habits and the entire life cycle of both extinct and living marine animals.

It's a great career option for people who are actually interested in nature and marine life and want to spend time understanding it.

Job opportunities include working with channels like national geographic, animal planet and discovery channel, conservation organizations, universities, laboratories, aquariums, fisheries and aquaculture, research and many more.

The pay package initially offered will be around 10,000 - 15,000. But based on your specialization and job profile it may vary.

Some college that you can consider are :-

1. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya college , delhi

2. Garden city college , bangalore

3. South SSMRV college , bangalore

4. Acharya narendra dev college , delhi

5. Maitreyi college , delhi

Scope of Civil Engineering is quite good in India. Quite good doesnt mean less than any of the other branches like CSE,IT,Mech. Civil Engineering a very vast field, very diversified. New innovations are taking place every coming days.

Its up to you, how you take this. Only the condition is you should have a sound knowledge of civil engineering basics and concepts as well their practical application.

In respect of India

1.If you are interested in Research and innovations in the civil engineering field you have the opportunity to appear for GATE examination after your B.Tech and apply for the M.Tech(and After that PhD) courses in IITs,NITs etc. as these are the best institutions of our country for engineering. Some of them have an imprint in the worlds context.

2. If you are interested in doing a Job. You have the opportunities to work for the various private as well as governmental organisation.

You can start after cracking JEE exam after 12th and get into one of the known Engineering institutions like IITs/NITs/State Engineering Institutions.

After your B.Tech you will be having many options which you can opt for-

(i) Crack GATE examination for applying for the various public sector units (PSUs) through GATE. such as NHAI,NBCC, NHPC,IOCL,HPCL,ONGC etc

(ii) You can prepare for Indian Engineering Services/State Engineering Services for vaious govt. jobs in CPWD,Indian Railway Services, IRSS, MES,CWC etc

(iii) You may have the chances to be placed through your campus placement interviews. If companies coming to your institutions are not enough , then you can apply for offcampus to various companies.

(iv) Various state governmental organisations notifies vacancies for various departments for civil engineers from their own examination procedures. Govt organisations such as Housing Board etc

(v) You can become a IAS/IFS officer with civil engineering as an optional subject with your perseverance and smart work.

3. If you are interested in starting your own business, then you have great opportunities for becoming a entrepreneur. You can be a Builder/Contractor/Consultant.

I tried to include all the aspects of civil engineering but as i said it is a vast field i might have skipped a large. I hope you will have some idea of scope of civil engineering
