Hello Aspirant,
No, now even if you appear again for your class 12th examination either through NIOS or through any other board, then also you won't be considered as eligible for JEE-Main or JEE-Advance 2022. This is because only your first attempt in class 12th examination is to be counted to determine your eligibility for JEE-Main or JEE-Advance. So as per the current eligibility criteria you were only eligible for JEE-Main 2019, 2020 and 2021 and for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020.
Even if you did not appear for JEE-Main for any of the aforesaid attempts then also you will not be allowed to sit for further attempts.
To appear for JEE-Advance one must qualify JEE-Main and only then the candidate will be eligible to appear for JEE-Advance otherwise not.
To qualify JEE-Main one has to clear the JEE-Main qualifying cut-offs which are to be released every year along with the JEE-Main result. For this year it is mentioned below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile
==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile

Regarding the stats of bitsat 2019 so for admission in pilani campus the cutoff score was 195(bpharma) and cutoff for be course was 255(manufacturing) for the goa campus the cutoff for be course was 254 and for msc biosciences it was 250 and for hyderabad campus the cutoffs were 161(bpharm) for be course was 252 (chemical) regarding the query that people in 2021 are getting low scores in bitsat so the cutoff will vary accordingly and this(2021) year cutoff for dual degree chemistry at hyderabad has not been declared yet but don't expect very large fluctuation
