In 2019 scheme of Kerala Technical University, whether a student fails in any subject tfw scheme will be cancelled?

There is no such rule that will omit you from the FEE WAVER SCHEME if you fail in any of the subjects.
The only condition which affect the student after the admission in the college is: the tuition fee waiver shall be for the complete duration of the course and students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change institutions / course under any circumstances.
