Aeronautical Engineering is the study of aircraft that operates within the earth's atmosphere while Aerospace engineering focuses on designing of both aircraft and spacecraft . Aerospace Engineering also deals with study of all the space crafts used within and out of the earth's atmosphere.

Hi, according to 2021 eligibility criteria you should have on going or completed MBBS degree to be eligible for MCAT exam. Also, you can have 7 number of attempts in your life time. SSC-CGL requires bachelor degree from any recognised Institute. It doesn't ask for specific branch. So if you are doing Graduation in Aeronautical Engineering from a recognised Institute then you are eligible to apply for SSC -CGL. Same goes for other government exams like UPSC-Civil Services, UPSC-CAPF ,etc.
