hi,
It is always a good thing to do if you drop one year in order to put your full focus on the preparation of the exam that you are going to take and attend the coaching classes with full concentration and work hard. However, another smart way to persevere is to do the Bachelor of Arts course alongside coaching from any open university.
To appear in RAS( Rajasthan Administrative Service) Exam you have to complete a Under Graduate course in any discipline. You can do AG Bsc as well as BA both are valid. But as you want to do preparation with graduation you should choose as course which interests you and is easy for you. As you can not give extra time to UG subjects and you will also need to pass the UG exams. But BA has subjects like history etc which will help you for RAS exam as well.
