There is no separate reservation for Ex-Servicemen or Defence Quota under All India Counselling. The State Counselling has separate reservation for Ex-Servicemen. It is usually 1-5% depending on the State. And there is no separate cut offs. You have to select this option during State Counselling and you will be allotted a seat based on merit and preference. If you have appeared for NEET 2020, for a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Under All India Counselling, there is no Ex-servicemen reservation. But for State Counselling, there is Ex-servicemen quota depending on the State you belong to. It varies from 1-5%. Now when your State Counselling registration process opens, you can actually select Ex-Servicemen Quota" and avail it too. Based on your marks and preferences, the seat will be allotted during Counselling.
If you belong to general category then it will be quite difficult for you to get A category seat. As because in neet 2019, the lowest marks was 417 to get a government quota or say A category seat in a private MBBS college. . And it was for obc category. Your NEET score is 422. Your Overall Percentile is:91.54 - 92.04 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 115864 - 148014 .

Hello Student
According to your score your statistics are:-
Your Overall Percentile is: 78.32 - 78.92
Your Predicted Rank is: 300457 - 370607
On considering your score and also you belong to the SC category and the main point is that you belong to Chhattisgarh so there are chances that you may get a seat into either MBBS/BDS and you say that you belong to the army quota then you get a central government reservation then you can apply for your desired collages in the AIQ as well as in the state quota .
The procedure of this going to be very simple it is just you have to fill the form of the state and All India counselling and while applying for it you just have to apply for your category and there will be a separate option for applying to the army quota ,do apply for it .
If by chance there is any uncertinety at the end then you can check this link for which collage you can expect:-
I wish you very best for a very Bright Career Ahead. I am always available for any further queries.
Thank You.
