Yes you join army immediately after 12th if you are from arts / humanities. You can't join IAF and Navy because they ask for PCM.
You can apply for NDA ( National Defence Academy) conducted by UPSC twice a year. Once you clear written exam , you will get call letter from SSB after clearing . You will get an opportunity for training at NDA khadakwasla Pune. There you will study for 3 years in the opted discipline and it may be arts .

To get ACC(Army Cadet College) army entry candidate must be age between 20 to 27. Also must be cleared 10+2 from recognized board or university. There is no mention about civilian ir military background. So yes if you are civilian background and age between 20 to 27 and cleared 19+2 then yes you can take ACC army entry.

Army Dental college , Telangana is one of the most reputed private dental colleges of Telangana. It is not a government college having such seats. Moreover , it accepts entrance exams like NEET and you need at least 60% marks in boards in order to qualify. The fees is around 300000/- per year and total expenditure will go around 12.49 lakhs . You need at least a rank of around 56550 to get admission in this college.

For Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS), Secunderabad, Telangana, the fee structure for pursuing BDS is Rupees 342,250 per year ( or say it for your first year fees ) But the total fees is around 13 lakhs. It has only 40 seats. And it is a five years course.

Tentative month for publishing notification for Army ACC(Army Cadet College) is from september tonnovember. As right now october started so notification most probably come in this month only. Or might be upto the november first week. By november 1st week you will get notification as due to pandemic situation it might get delayed.

The state holds 1% of the seats so, yes there is provision for defence but no such thing is provided under All-India-Quota. Reservation under this is only provided by the State and for that either of your parents should be either in Airforce, Navy, Army or they should have had served for at least 10 years in their respective fields.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Scheme is open to Indian Nationals only.
(b) Only wards/widows/wives of Defence Personnel from Army, Navy & Air Force from Priority-I to Priority-IX are eligible for the scheme.
(c) Selection of candidates for Central seats reserved for Govt of India Nominee will be made on the basis of marks obtained by the student in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by CBSE. Candidates who do not qualify the NEET should not apply.
(d) All cases of disability in r/o of defence personnel (P-III & P-IV), which are due to reasons Aggravated by military service (Not Attributable) are not eligible.
(e) Wards of civilians/civilians working in AFHQ/MoD, DRDO, wards of personnel from Para Military/CAPF are not eligible.
(f) This facility is admissible for only one member of the family.
(g) Candidates should have attained the age of 17 years on 31 December of the academic session in which the admission is sought for.
