If we follow 2019 trends, cutoffs of the last person to be admitted in mgmmc had not been above 7000. Yes if your mother or father are in any of the tri-services ( Army, Navy or Airforce) or they are ex-servicemen with service period of at least 10 years then you are eligible for army quota given that both you and your parents holds the domicile of that state. But even with the quota,  admission in this college with 19000 rank is very very difficult.

I am sorry to tell you that, you won't be able to join the NDA force with this vision. The vision of a person should be 6/6 without any spectacles. There are a series of eye tests in the medicals after getting recommended in the SSB.

But still you can go to the army aviation branch after the completion of your training in the NDA if your eyes become fit after the training somehow, all you have to do is check , if the army aviation branch eligibility is fulfilled by you or not.

yes it is necessary for serving army personal wards that eligibility certificate should be signed by OIC records. This is to prove that the person is rightfully eligible or not. Since there are many cases of people getting concessions when they do not rightfully deserve, so to get a valid proof the signature is mandatory.

There is seperate amount of alloted seats for wards of Army Personnel and a separate for the other branches(viz. Navy, Air Force, etc.) of the Indian Armed Forces which are included within the Defence Quota. So they are two seperate categories as mentioned.

You could also write a letter about your problem or grievance to the committee using their contact information like phone number or email provided on their official website.

Mostly the final merit rank list is prepared on the basis of what you have written in the registration or application form. And the list is prepared accordingly by seeing your form details.

National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (NDA) is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for admission in National Defence Academy and Naval Academy.

In NDA exam there is no benefit of army realtion certificate as it does not play any role in the NDA exam.
