Hey aspirant,
Don't worry we are here to help you with this! Amongst the ones you've asked for , these two are the top institutes for fashion designing in Delhi. (In no order of ranking)
1. Indian Institute of Art & Design
2. Amity University
Both of them are equally good and have good records. You can choose any amongst them. With my personal experience , my sister went to Amity for fashion designing and it turned out to be a good choice. You can opt for any amongst them.

Dear Aspirant,
The cycles of creative process are:
a) Beginning- Here the therapist envisions the creative process and begins setting up the space. An opening ritual is done to make the client more comfortable and the container of self-expression is built.
b) Moving in: Here, the therapeutic relationship is established. The trust levels are deepened. Fear or hesitation of the client is acknowledged by the therapist. The therapist encourages the client to proceed whose inner critic is leading to the prevalent hesitation.
c) Insearch: the client finally is lost in the artwork. The state is characterized by deep focus and an altered state of consciousness. There is also an element of surprise that is unexpected and is revealed in the drawing.
d)Finding Voice- This is a stage marked by honesty and courage where the client indulges in self-expression and gives form to the artwork
e) Sharing with the outside world: The artwork is then archived and the story is shared with the society.
Hope this helps.
Hey,
The institute matters a lot but more importantly it’s the caliber of the candidate that matters. Grades do matter as well as good companies put filters like CGPA above 7 or 8 may apply. The important thing is working hard all 4 years, submitting quality assignments & a lot of research. Ultimately compiling an impressive “out of the box” portfolio which you use to market your work. Also, a good resume(describing all the projects & internships) is important as that is the first thing that gets you notices.
The above are applicable anywhere whether you are from PEARL or other institution. Both institutes are good in terms of placements & skill development.
