A merit list will be prepared by the college authorities on the basis of marks scored in JEE mains and your 12th boards and on the basis of this you will be admitted in the college.
70% weightage is given to JEE mains scores and remaining 30% is given to your 12th boards score.

I hope you are doing good . As per your query , I would like to inform you KCET entrance is state level exam and is for karnataka students to take admission in various courses like btech . Their is no provision for lateral entry , moreover you have atleast 45 percent in your 10+2 pcm aggregrate and you should have maths as compulsory subject

Sorry to say aa per the eligibility criteria for AFCAT exam, students should have Maths and Physics in class 12th and should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in bothe the paper separately. As your scores are below 50% , so you will not be able to sit for the AFCAT exam.
Alternatively you can sit for CDS exam if you are so much dedicated to go to Air Force academy.
