Preetam Bhowmik 6th Jan, 2022

Hi!!!

Hope you are doing well.

According to your NEET score it is very difficult to get any Government BAMS BHMS colleges in Karnataka. You can get a Private Colleges but there fees will be very high.

Hope you are clear now. Feel free to ask if you have any other queries. All The Best for your future.

Piyush 27th Nov, 2021

hello aspirant ,

With your above secured marks in NEET 2021 in open category , your overall percentile score will be around : 92.59 - 93.09 and your overall rank will be around : 110445 - 142595 .

So , with this rank , there are few chances for you to get any seat in BHMs colleges . So I would recommend you to check the neet college predictor tool for more information about your admission probability in other colleges :

I hope that this will help.

can a student who is not able to qualify neet 2021 get admission in any of these course : BDS / BAMS / BHMS / veterinary course

monstwerdash 26th Nov, 2021

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well . See to get admission in BDS,BAMS and BHMS ,you do need to appear for NEET and qualify NEET . You can't take admission into different colleges offering these courses without qualifying the exam. So if one hasn't qualified the exam ,one can't take admission into the mentioned courses. You'll have to score the prescribed cutoff as given by NTA .

The NEET 2021 official cutoff percentile and scores are mentioned as follows :

Category NEET 2021 cutoff NEET cut-off                                                                   marks

If I want admission for bams or bhms then hows the coucelling procedure done? Do I have to register on aayush website?

Aditi Dixit 26th Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are well. Here is the answer to your query. To get admission in these homeopathic or ayurvedic courses  National Eligibility cum entrance test (NEET) is a single entrance test that offers 52,720 seats and AYUSH and other offer seats of 914 collages.

As it is known that admission to any undergraduate AYUSH course is only granted on basis of NEET. The counseling of both BAMS and BHMS will be different from each other. Aspirants have to register separately for the courses within the due date. Admission to the aforementioned courses across the nation will be based on AYUSH colleges and their merit list.

Yes, the candidate who wishes to apply for AYUSH counseling 2021 will have to register separately on the website of AACCC.

Following are the steps to register for AYUSH counseling;

  • go To the official website - aaccc.gov (//aaccc.gov) .in
  • click on 'New Registration;
  • Enter the personal, academic, contact, NEET, and other requested information.
  • then, fill in the choices of colleges and courses as per the preference.
  • pay the registration fee.

Hope this information is helpful to you

What is the procedure to take admission in bhms... Where to register on which website? 2021-22

pri111nah 26th Nov, 2021

Hi,

  • BHMS admission is done based on NEET score.
  • Candidates are assessed based on their skills and abilities.
  • Those candidates who successfully clear all the rounds of the BHMS admission process can appear for further offline/online counseling.
  • The degree is mostly conferred in India after completion of 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • The Minimum age limit to apply for BHMS admission is 17 years.
  • The average annual fee for BHMS admission is INR 1,000 to INR 60,000.
  • BHMS graduates can expect an average annual salary that ranges between INR 5 Lakh to 10 Lakh. There are a lot of companies that offer full time work for BHMS Doctors.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Riya 26th Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant

Looking upon your concern it is quite difficult for you to get admissions in any government BHMS , BDS or even BAMS medical college.

even if you are from the OBC category and there are reservations for these categories but viewing the previous years cutoffs , you atleast need minimum marks of 400 to clear the cutoff and gain a seat in any state government colleges

still i would suggest you to confirm your doubt by using our neet college predictor to know where to you stand an actual chance

neet not qualify only neet appears can get admission to BHMS

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 25th Nov, 2021

Hi

No, you cannot pursue BHMS without qualifying Neet

This is because,

It mandatory to qualify Neet examination in order to take admission in BHMS as

Neet is the single gateway for admission  in all the medical colleges be it private or government  including AIIMS and JIPMER  for following courses

  • MBBS

  • BDS

  • Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and

  • veterinary i. e BVSc. . ( neet is mandatory for only all india quota bvsc seats offered through AIPVT counselling, as some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats  ).

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different   categories is given below:-

.                     NEET 2021 CUT OFF

Category     cut off percentile  Cut off marks

General/ EWS     50th                   720-138

General-PH        45th                 137-122

SC                       40th                 137-108

ST                         40th                137-108

OBC                      40th                137-108

SC/ST/OBC-PH   40th               121-108

So,

An obc/sc/st category student requires at least 108 marks, to qualify neet 2021 and for general category at least 138 marks is required to qualify Neet 2021

For detailed information, visit

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Now that,

You have failed to qualify , I would suggest you to start your preparation for Neet examination again without wasting any time.

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your Neet examination

  • Follow routine to avoid wastage of time

  • Make sure all your studies revolve around reading practicing question and revision

  • Practice is the key, solve MCQs in each chapter

  • Stress and focus more on NCERT especially for biology

  • Solve previous year question paper and mock papers of neet.

And don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below
