see eligibility criteria for m.tech in bio medical engineering is candidates must have completed bachelors degree on relevant discipline. however In India admission to m.tech course in tier 1 institute is based on gate score. to admission in biomedical stream you have to appear in gate . Yes there is Btech Biomedical Engineering Programme in Veltech Multitech College and the course curriculum is very good there.Fees structure are feasible and accommodate.It provides aids in research fields after four years of the programme.Faculties are quite good there along with good infrastrcuture.However the course is not affliated to anna University.

see gate cutoff for bio medical engineering is 22.5 for obc ncl students. since your score is less then the qualifying cutoff you  do not qualify for gate 2021 exam. so you will not get gate score card.

however there is many others exam like bits hd, ts pgecet, ap pgecet which do not required gate score to admission in m.tech. you may apply in case you are interested for m.tech course.
