i have gate score 558 in instrumentation engineering? will i get iits in obc category?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 5th Apr, 2020

hi,

see at this score you have very less chances for iits in core engineering stream, however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc. you have decent chances for ms courses in iit guwahati or iit mandi, you may also apply for jadavpur university, bits, vit vellore, sastra university, anna university colleges.
