Not knowing about computer is different but btech in cse is mostly about coding so I'll suggest you to try learning coding through YouTube. If you'll feel interested in learning it I'll suggest you to take CSE otherwise you'll feel depressed doing coding all the four year without interest and doing the same for the rest of the life as not all students like coding but in the lack of awareness they take cse. Coding languages for starting should be c, c++,java you can start with any one the best one to start will be c programming.

see artificial intelligence and robotics is combination of electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, so if you want to work in core department, then you may have to do mtech after b.tech which is high career growth and wide research area options, now coming to chip design you may do some hands on experience while doing btech in electronics and communication engineering, since there is many software related with ece , and vlsi technology subject is taught in 3rd year of electronics and communication engineering course. so taking ECE would be right for you as per your interest.

These branches have a very large number of government and private jobs and have a large number of jobs for the girl candidates unlike other branches like Civil and mechanical where the number of jobs is not that high as of now.
