As per your query, You can join IAF by giving exams like NDA and IAF Group X and Y.
Since diploma is not considered as equivalent to any graduation and therefore you are not eligible for exams such as AFCAT, CDS etc.
Eligibility criteria for NDA exam :
For NDA 1 & 2-
Age limit : 16.5 to 19.5 years
Education qualification : 12th pass or appearing
Eligibility criteria for IAF Group X & Y:
After completing their class 12th exams candidates can also join the Indian Air Force through the Airmen Group X and Y entry. This exam is also conducted twice every year. Candidates fulfilling the Airmen Group X and Y eligibility criteria can fill the Airmen Group X and Y application from. The upper age limit to appear for this exam is 21 years.
Group X (Except Education Instructor Trade) - Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent examination with Maths, Physics and English
Group Y (Except Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF(P), Musician and IAF(S) -Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Exam in any stream with minimum 50% marks and 50% marks in English
Group Y (Medical Assistant Trade ) -Passed 10+2/Intermediate/ equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum of 50% marks and 50% marks in English.

Dear applicant although ANITS is a pretty good choice, considering the environment, Academic records and faculties. However the placements will not satisfy your needs, as a fresher a Package of 2-3 LPA will be offered
