Hi
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing civil engineering your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2
While, those who have passed 1st year of graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
