Is being a engineer compulsory for cpl?

ANKITA SONI 3rd Oct, 2021

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.

Since both Aeronautical Engineer and Pilot are different, so Tech in Aeronautical Engineering is not a mandatory requirement. Anybody with PCM in class 12th is eligible to become a commercial pilot. To become a commercial pilot, B. Tech in aeronautical engineering is not a mandatory requirement. Hope this will help you.

my ranking is 35098 can I get seat in KLE Dr sheshagiri engineer clg in belgam for biomedical course and am SCG category??

Satyam Kumar jha 12th Nov, 2021

Hi,

If you have 35,098 rank in KCET exam then yes you can get the admission in Biomedical Engineering in KLE Dr MS Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology (KLESCET) , Belgaum  as per the 2020 cut-offs which is 76,698(1st round) to 1,15,928(round 2 extended).

But, if you have 35,098 rank in COMEDK UGET exam then no you cannot get the admission in Biomedical Engineering in this college as per the 2020 cut-offs in which closing rank in 2nd round is 17,948.

I have considered your rank for two exams because you didn't mention in which exam you get this rank.

You can also use our KCET College Predictor Tool given below to know your chances of admission in your desired college :

Hi, which branch you wish to choose is for you to decide. Below are few questions that you can ask yourself and maybe you will find your answers.

1. The big dilemma: Branch or College ?

My take: both are important, branch as well as the college and you have to be really fortunate to be the one to get both. Nevertheless in a situation where one has to make a choice, I suggest the students to first weigh the options available with them and research the credentials of the institute thoroughly. Study the college websites and ensure the basics of accreditation etc to be in place.

2. Stick to your interest

Many children get compelled either by parents or by peers to select some particular branch of engineering. All such students should take into cognizance the fact that future scope would be worthwhile only when you have the desired aptitude to work in the particular field.

3. Look beyond four years

Engineering degree is not the end of journey for most of the students. A lot many students prepare for post graduation either in engineering or administration or management.

All branches of engineering have the potential to deliver a great future to the student. More than selection of the institute it is the selection of the right branch which is critical. Before finalizing on any institute a student should necessarily be satisfied with the institution’s accreditation status. Understand & analyse your aptitude, interest & skills and apply these details to select the right branch of engineering. Where ever required, do not hesitate to take professional help to select the right branch and the right institute.

Hope this helps.

Md Qutubuddin Ansari 3rd Oct, 2021

Hello,

I hope you are doing fine, For becoming a software engineer, you have to complete a bachelors’ degree in computer science or information technology from the reputed college. You have to learn programming languages like C, C++, Java (https://intellipaat.com/blog/tutorial/java-tutorial/) , etc. Take part in hackathons and coding competitions regularly. Do a few good projects and publish the blog explaining your project. You have to do internships in your summer breaks. In your final year, apply for entry-level jobs in companies. If you follow a particular plan, it is easy to become a software engineer.

I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.

is l am go to a space scientist from a aeronautical engineer

Vedang Ranmale 3rd Oct, 2021

Hello student,

You can definitely pursue space scientist by being an aeronautical engineer. However, after your B.Tech you would have to do a masters or further PHD in this field of science to get a better understanding and chance of placements. Also, rather than pursuing aeronautical, I insist that you pursue Aerospace engineering in the top institutes of India to have high chances of better placements.

I hope this helps, All the Best!
