How to pursue Engineering Physics after XII standard?
Engineering physics is an undergraduate course of 4 years. The eligibility criteria for this is that you must have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, chemistry and mathematics as subjects.
Top Institutes offering this course are:
- IIT, Delhi
- IIT Madras, Chennai
- The Neotia College, Kolkata
- Chandigarh University
- BITS, Hyderabad
This course is mainly offered by IITs and so admission to this courseis done through JEE advanced . Apart from IITs, institutes that offer this course, like DTU, provide admission on the basis of JEE mains . Other colleges may have their own entrance examination.
Hope this helps!
Sir by mistake I uploaded my signature in place of my photo and vice versa in photo identity card ,but I downloaded my admit card .But there is my signature in place of my photo. What should I do?

Is this to choose engineering physics will be able to get job after my course completion? what type of job can I get if I choose engineering physics?
There is a big career scope after graduation in engineering physics, as day to day you can see this is a technological era, and in engineering physics you learn about applied Physics you got practical knowledge rather than focusing more on theoretical concept which may help you to get job in the following options.
- You can involve in research and development activities
- You can hired by different industries like telecom , microelectronics , laser and microdevices etc.
- You may be appoint at the following designation.
- Industrial engineer
- Research scientist
- Physicist
- Financial analyst
- You can also have jobs in government sector.
Which is the best college bfor mechanical engineering and engineering physics?
In my view mechanical branch in engineering is one of the best branch . The branch is good or bad does not depends on college, it depends on student. Student can do better from any college, if they works hard. But if you want to know that which college will be better then my answer is IIT Bombay.
I think mechanical engineering in IIT Bombay is best.
Thank you.
Hope you are clear now.
what is the current scope for engineering physics and future scope for it?
There are a lots of scope of the physics in this days and also in near future. Because the evolution of every mechanism and mechanical parta nd also in the medicine industry in the agriculture in the optometry all are incomplete without physics.
I hope this will.give you an insight.
Good luck
I want to know about electromagnetism light relativity theorem which course is better
hello,
there are many videos and lecture are available in you tube channel for physics. please see the lectures and which ever is best for you mark them. there are some iit jee lectures are available from topper academy. you may study them also.
Am I eigible to go for MTech in Engineering Physics after completing B.E in IT? How hard the math is in Engineering Physics for someone not that good in math?
Hello,
You are eligible but there are different exams for it. it may not be in India but you can do it aboard. There are some criteria for it. you have to satisfy it.
In India you can go for Mtech only in the domain in which you did your graduation. Mtech is specialisation of btech.
If you want to do specialisation in other domain then you have to go for aboard.
If you are weak in mathematics then you have to work very hard as specialisation needs evolution and solving of hard problems which have no prior solution or method.
Hope it helps!
i want to change my career path..Am i eligible to do Mtech in engineering Physics at the age 35. I did Bachlore in Engineering in Information Technology and worked in IT sectore for 12 years... I want to go for research or teaching line.
hey,
in india most of the institute allow core engineering b.tech holders to join mtech in computer science or IT related field. but as you are a btech in information technology and want to join mtech in engineering physics you may surely join.
see there is no age limit for doing mtech. you may do mtech from IT discipline or any interdisciplinary subjects like embedded system, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering physics etc.etc.
What are the best B. Tech engineering physics colleges in India (also other than IIT)?
