I belong to EWS category. Can I get admission in AMC Met Medical College Ahmedabad with 210 marks?

piyush263001 19th Nov, 2021

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

According to previous year data for AMC MET Medical College, Ahmedabad, cut off for EWS category during 85% state quota counseling was 70360 rank and  520 marks for government quota seat. And for management quota seat it was 171215 rank and  413 marks.

So it is not possible for you to get seat in this college this year.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 10th Oct, 2021

Hi

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

  • kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

  • toughness level of the neet examination,

  • number of seats available etc.

Anyway,

when we go through previous year trends

>>>>>> With 330 marks,

You have low chances in mbbs in government colleges

But yes,

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-

----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks

----------) Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks

----------) Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks

----------) Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data  but  cutoff keeps changing so to have clear picture of the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

sir lgot 330 marks can I get bvsc govt college EWS category

rajeevanand843 12th Oct, 2021

Dear aspirant

All india BVSC govt college cut off marks for EWS category was Air 52911 and 544 marks. so there are no chance of getting govt vertinary college through all india veterinary counseling.

As some states have different exam also for vertinary college so check state cut off marks according to that.

If it's through neet only then at your expected marks there will very very low chance of getting govt vertinary college at your expected marks in your category.

You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges

my neet mark is 499 and i am from ews category can i get admission in st.john medical college

Anurag Khanna 18th Nov, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as UP according to your profile.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET 2021

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

But we can help you on the basis of previous years cut-offs, by analyzing data of previous years we can guide you upto some sort of your admission chances in St John Medical College, Bangalore.

So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have almost no chances of getting St John Medical College, Bangalore on such marks and category . Because as we go through previous years cut-off data then it shows that the closing cut-off marks were around 580-600 for private seats under state quota for EWS category.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

NEET 2021 Cutoff Karnataka (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017): College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello dear aspirant,

Hope you’re doing well…

To get admission in B.Sc. Honours biomedical sciences, aggregate of PCB is taken into account in university of delhi colleges.
Keeping in mind the previous year’s cut off and your percentage of 92.66 ( if this is your PCB aggregate) and your EWS category .. there is a chance for you to get into either of the above mentioned colleges in 3rd cut off, if the seats under the ews category dont get filled.

You can also use the university of Delhi college predictor tool to get appropriate answer that which college you can get. I am attaching the link below

Hi, I am getting 500-550 marks in NEET 2021 under EWS category and I am from UP. Can I get a MBBS seat in Rajarajeswarimedica college for MBBS ? What is the total cost of MBBS in this college and in which language the teachers will teach ? Or can you suggest me any low cost college for MBBS ?

MANISHA ROKA 9th Oct, 2021

Hello Harshit,

Well based on your marks I'm assuming your percentile would be around 70 .

And since you've a docimicle of Uttar Pradesh so for getting an MBBS seat at Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Banglore you're required to score an equivalent to at least 50th percentile to be considered for All India Quota ( AIQ ).

This means you must obtain a score around 720-205 for getting va seat there. So you do have a chance at RRMCH.

The intake capacity at RRMCH for MBBS is 250-150 and the college has a well experienced teaching staff that teach in English. Its total fees is something around Rs . 4,86,750 .

Now here I'm listing a few low cost MBBS colleges across India-

  • Annaii Medical College and Hospital, Sriperumbudur
  • Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad
  • Indira Medical College and Hospital, Thiruvallur
  • Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Satara
  • Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Jaipur
  • KAMSRC Hyderabad - Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research Centre

For more information do visit- https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-medical-colleges-in-india?ownership=Private&degree=M.B.B.S.&sort=avg_fees For predicting colleges based on your NEET-UG rank you can use this college predictor tool- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=c360-medical-neet-college-predictor&ici=clevertap-sticky-facet-wap
