Yes, you can do both courses at the same time by choosing bsc course for distance learning and btech as regular course, because you cannot do btech through distance education, it is declared invalid by the Supreme Court and AICTE in India.
I will suggest you to choose one rather than doing both. It will confuse you. B tech, bsc are not easy to persue at the same time , you need to dedicate your time, however distance learning leads to poor skills.
So, Choose wisely.

Yes, Delhi University (DU) offers the course B.Sc geology hons. There are only two colleges that offers this program: Hansraj college and Ram Lal Anand college.
Eligibility : You must have Physics, Chemistry and any one among the following subjects – Mathematics, Geology, Biology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology, Geography in class 12th.

Yes, You can get admission in MSc Geology in Banaras Hindu University after completing your BSc in geology with Botany and Zoology subject as the minimum requirement for MSc at BHU is that you must have a BSc degree with Geology as a Hons subject and you need minimum 50% marks in Geology , Botany and Zoology and you fulfil this requirement.
To get admission in Msc Geology you have to qualify a exam named as BHU PET.

As per your query, for admission in MSc Physics in IITs , you have to give IIT JAM Exam whose eligibility criteria for that particular course is as such:
Physics for at least two years/four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters.
No Restrictions
Therefore you cannot take admission in IITs for MSc Physics course if you have done your undergraduation in BSc Geology.
