As per your query, for admission in MSc Physics in IITs , you have to give IIT JAM Exam whose eligibility criteria for that particular course is as such:
Physics for at least two years/four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters.
No Restrictions
Therefore you cannot take admission in IITs for MSc Physics course if you have done your undergraduation in BSc Geology.

As you have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology in 12th, you can pursue Geology in your degree easily in any university if you are really interested in Geology, here is a list of some colleges where you can get a degree in Geology,

Basic eligibility criteria:
B.Sc. (Hons.)*/ B.Sc.* under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.Sc. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at Graduate level. However, for admission to M.Sc. in Botany/ Zoology a candidate must also have offered Chemistry as one of the subjects at the Graduate level.
Cutoff:
Banaras Hindu university releases the cut off of each PG course independently. To determine the cut off of BHU PET 2021 for PG courses, BHU considers various factors. Candidates can check the factors determining the BHU cut off from below:

Eligibility criteria will vary for all ciurses. However for Msc Geology students must have Physics as compulsory subjects in graduation and must have secured minimum 50 percent aggregate marks in graduation from recognised University to be eligible.
