In updated syllabus, Artificial intelligence is included into syllabus. it will be in 3rd or 4rth year. If you opt for Hons. then it can be in 3rd semester. it will vary per board but it will surely there in syllabus.
If you want to learn and work on it then it would be better to Join IIT as it is mostly into research based work. IIT is funded by government and fortune 400 companies.

You can choose any university. these above mentioned Institutes work on AI projects which will give you learning skills which will be useful in your future career. for private college and other government college, it is only theory. you can learn concepts but may not find platform to work on what you learned.

Pondicherry University offers M.Sc Applied Geology for 2 years and 5 years and admission to both these courses is based on performance in the entrance examination. The entrance exam will have objective type questions in Geology at Graduation level. For Integrated M.Sc Applied Geology, the questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level. Central University of Karnataka may be relatively new but it's an emerging university considering its repute of being a central institution. Now, coming to your question, as you fulfill the criteria of passing MSc Applied Geology from a recognized university, so you can definitely appear for this exam, nowhere in the official notification has it been determined about any rules considering subjects specific in graduation stream, also all the subjects mentioned regarding eligibility criteria are inter-related, moreover even your graduation subject geography is an allied subject of geology and talking about qualifying examination it will entirely depend on your preparation and the same goes for personality test as well.
