Both courses have it's own importance. Bsc nursing includes a more tedious task of taking care of patients and assisting doctors. It's also among the highest paid jobs in the world. It's a job that requires more patience to deal with. Coming to Bsc. MLT it's more of a technical side. Mostly comprised of sophisticated laboratory diagnostic procedures. These graduates have demand in middle east countries mostly. So if you wanna interact more with people I would prefer bsc nursing if you just want to be on the technical side bsc MLT is a good option. At the end its about what one wants makes the profession the best..!

yes, if you do not have certificate then you can act as a general category candidate and so, you can fill out the form as per general category candidate. But if you want to take advantages of being an OBC candidate then you must get caste certificate issued by the authorities, for this kindly visit the state/district portal and if you come under OBC-NCL category then you need to issue the certificate by central government only.

Bisra Agricultural University, Ranchi, does not offer that much placement! They offer Internships in companies like Mahindra, IFFCO, etc,. Few Companies come here for Placements like JSLPS, BRLPS, Bayer, etc,. The highest salary is Rs. 4 lakhs/year. There are many government jobs which you can try preferring but you have to clear the exams for getting the job!
