I hope you are doing good. I would glad to inform you that for availing the benefits of state quota you just need to have domicile certficate issued  by your nearest sdm office or tehsil . Moreover in some universities , they just look for from where you did your last qualifying education for giving the benefits of state but for issuing domicile you need to have residential proof if you do have then relax  you can easily took the benefits by issuing it

Any of the following persons can obtain the certificate: A person who is residing in the State for 15 years. A person who owns a place of residence in the State. A person who owns a residential property but located elsewhere due to employment reasons. So this are the main criteria for get domicile certificate in Himachal Pradesh. If you qualified all of this points then you are a domicile candidate in Himachal Pradesh. Otherwise you are domicile in Uttar Pradesh.

The fees structure of MSc biotechnology is 1,02700 in total. Fees as Windows from the college sources itni baris with the actual fees of Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.

the eligibility of admission in MSC wettability in Himachal Pradesh University Candidate should have 10 + 2 + 3 e science degree e for biotechnology degree in digestion level with at least 45% marks for general candidate and forest SC ST candidate the marks is of 40% atleast.total seats are there for BSC biotechnology in Himachal Pradesh University is 19. The selection is made on the JNU Delhi entrance test.for general candidate at least 35% marks should have to secure as a qualifying marks of entrance test. For SC , ST candidate the percentage of marks in qualifying examination or entrance test be below down as far as the admission is not complete.GATE score achieved by a candidate is also accepted for admission in MSc biotechnology in Himachal Pradesh University.

The is no bond that you immediately have to deposit at the time of your admission. But one you are admitted and you decide to leave the college for any reason you will have to pay the full fees of the entire course for leaving the seat vacant (the full fees for 4 years of your degree). This is to ensure the seat is not wasted.
