To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your AP EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, as you belong to BC-A Category. But you have chances of getting partial fees reimbursement if you meet the eligibility criteria.
