please give an brief idea about the security deposit during couselling and how it works ..what should be my strategy to choose the deemed university?

Hello

Security deposit is something that you pay and which you get back only after the counselling is complete and in case the candidate is not allocated any seats.

There are a lot of factors that you must consider before choosing a university, like whether the University provides the courses you are interested in ,the curriculum, faculty, previous educational records, exposure and then of course affordability, distance, hostel facilities, etc.

please give me a strategy to complete my syllabus of class 11by the end of December 2021 ,so i prepare for jee advance 2023 and suggest me some idea howany i must have to study for cracking iit jee as a sc category student.

Nimisha Sharma 30th Sep, 2021
Start studying 2 subjects each day giving equal time to both like 2 or 3 hours each. How many hours a student can study daily can vary from person to person but whatever time you give, make sure you do it without any disturbance and distractions. Keep your phone away unless absolutely necessary while studying. For focused study with concentration and efficiency you need:
1. A systematic schedule
2. Proper study techniques
3. Repeated revision
4. Enough practice
5. Use mind maps to recover easily from memory
6. Relaxation techniques

You will definitely be able to complete your class 11th course by December if you follow these tips. Now coming to jee mains and advanced, both have majorly same course but different patterns. I will attach the links below to make you familiar with both exams completely.

In jee mains, 45% syllabus is from class 11 and 55% from class 12. So, while studying for your class 11 you can include some high level problems for each topic to get you prepared for jee mains along with it. Specially in chemistry portion, majority of the questions are from ncert directly, make sure you go through it thoroughly and revise periodically.

you may do it online by visiting the online website of your state from wherein your income certificate belongs, visit the portal and request for upgradation which would be given in the list of contents.

if you specifically wish to change it in registration form , request for an edit , if the editing option is not available then mail the concerned authority explaining your issue , or refer to the helpline number given on the portal .

If you are enquiring regarding IIT JAM then yes, you can appear for IIT JAM to get admission in to M.Sc or M.Sc+PhD in IITs. You can appear for IIT JAM when you are in final year or final semester of the qualifying exam that is B.Sc. The eligibility criteria is the a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree with Minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 CGPA scored out of 10 if he/she belongs to General/OBC-NCL category. I am a cbse class 11 student.I have my term 1 music exam on 27 sep and to be honest I didnt have any idea about what to do and what not.If someone can help me out and tell me how can I prepare for it since the theory portion will be of 15 marks only and 15 marks goes out for practical.

Sourav Sarkar 7th Dec, 2021

Dear Richa,

You need not be tensed for your 11th grade (CBSE) music exam. As you said your music exam will consist of two parts:

THOREY EXAM (15 MARKS)

Theory is a written test which involves instruments, notes, history of music, meanings, etc. Start preparing 2 months before your exams by downloading practice papers from the Internet and have your teacher assess them.

PRACTICAL EXAM (15 MARKS)

Practical generally involves scales, pieces and selected exercises. Adhering to its name, practice is required to ace such an exam. Practice for at least 45 minutes every day for honest practice to yield good results.

Wishing you all the best.

I AM FROM OBC BUT DIDNT HAVE THE IDEA ABOUT NCL CATEGORY IF I SELECT NCL NOW AND I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR NCL WHAT WILL HAPPEN

yasirahmad2191 15th Dec, 2021

Hello dear,

OBC-NCL is for non creamy layer whereas OBC- CL is called creamy layer . OBC Creamy layer candidates does not get any benefit, they does not come under reserved category . They are treated as general category candidates.

There are various classes of society who are eligible to get OBC-NCL category certificate. I cannot provide you the list of castes who are eligible to get OBC-NCL category because such list contains about 10 pages and it would be a very long answer. You can check the eligibility criteria for that from National Commision Of Backward classes website. If your caste is mentioned there, then you are eligible to get OBC-NCL category.

Hello,

You can join in the college that is allotted in first phase counselling and participate in second phase counselling. If you get seat in second phase counselling then the seat that was allotted in first phase counselling will get cancelled automatically. If you do not get seat in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase will be retained.
