There are a lot of factors that you must consider before choosing a university, like whether the University provides the courses you are interested in ,the curriculum, faculty, previous educational records, exposure and then of course affordability, distance, hostel facilities, etc.

Dear Richa,
You need not be tensed for your 11th grade (CBSE) music exam. As you said your music exam will consist of two parts:
THOREY EXAM (15 MARKS)
Theory is a written test which involves instruments, notes, history of music, meanings, etc. Start preparing 2 months before your exams by downloading practice papers from the Internet and have your teacher assess them.
PRACTICAL EXAM (15 MARKS)
Practical generally involves scales, pieces and selected exercises. Adhering to its name, practice is required to ace such an exam. Practice for at least 45 minutes every day for honest practice to yield good results.
Wishing you all the best.
Hello dear,
OBC-NCL is for non creamy layer whereas OBC- CL is called creamy layer . OBC Creamy layer candidates does not get any benefit, they does not come under reserved category . They are treated as general category candidates.
There are various classes of society who are eligible to get OBC-NCL category certificate. I cannot provide you the list of castes who are eligible to get OBC-NCL category because such list contains about 10 pages and it would be a very long answer. You can check the eligibility criteria for that from National Commision Of Backward classes website. If your caste is mentioned there, then you are eligible to get OBC-NCL category.
All the best
