i am in 1 yr arch I just completed my 1st sem but i have not passionate abt arch as i chose it only bcoz my parents wanted me to even after a degree i will be an avg architect i am thinking to pursue bsc psychology As i always wanted to study psy i have no idea abt career in it. is it worth leavin
Hello,
My advice to you would be to do what you are passionate about. If you are doing B.Arch due to the compulsion from your parents and still do not like it I don not think there is any point in continuing with it, because even if you pass the course you may not be able to do well in your career if you have no passion for it.
But do not be hasty and make a decision. As you said you have no idea about the career scope after BSc Psychology, I suggest you research more and see if you actually would be interested in doing it and if it would be worth it.

Good luck
It may sound weird but i have my software engineering exam a day after tomorrow and i have no idea about it. Can anyone help me to clear my exam, any tips. Will be thankful for the help.
Well this is really strange but now there is no option for you except studying for whatever you can in next few hours before your actual exam. So, cover the topics that has more weightage and completely ignore the topics that are lengthy and time consuming. Grasp little bit of the overview from all the chapters. Be positive and dont rush, also don't overthink. In the end utilize each minute effectively and efficiently before your exam.
Best of Luck.
which course its more difficult, bba or bcom. Im weak in learning theories but good in accounts and Im having no idea about future. what should i pursue?
Hello dear student
The both courses are similar also BBA and Bcom offer similar career Opportunity.
But if the students interested to become a CA, CS or CFA, then B.com will be a Better option for students.
BBA is a 3 year undergraduate degree level course.
BBA offers knowledge and skills in the area of Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Im in 12th Arts rn and I wanna do English hons from Hansraj. Im from General category but my family income is very low. I might score upto 96%. Will i be successful in getting into Hansraj for eng hons.? Im really confused about Bachelor degrees&PhDs i have no idea what these are, cn any1 expln?
Hello Aspirant,
The 2020 cutoff for B.A. (H) English in Hansraj College in the first list was 98 and in the second list it was 97.75 . So since you have said that you might score 96% , you may have a decent chance provided there is at least a slight drop in the cutoff when you apply. However , if your percentage is above 97-98 then there is a very high chance you may get seat.Even if you do not get Hansraj college there are many other equally good colleges you may try for English Hons.
Below are various top colleges under DU for BA Eng Hons. along with their first expected cutoffs.
St. Stephen’s College--99%
Lady Shriram College for Women (LSR)--99.0
Miranda House--99.0
Hindu College--98.5
Hansraj College--97%
Kirori Mal College--97.5
Kamala Nehru College for Women--95.0
Sri Venkateswara College--97%
Indraprastha College for Women--96.5
In 2020, the DU cutoffs decreased by 1-1.25% , so likewise , assuming it may decrease even next year, you have a good chance. Also if you fail to get in the first merit list , you will definitely get into any of these colleges in the second or third merit list. Honours degree is considered more superior than the normal one. It is believed that the honours degrees offer more adequate higher study options and career opportunities to students not just in India but in abroad. After finishing B.A you need to complete masters in English(MA.English) and then you can clear the UGC NET exam which is an examination for determining the eligibility for the post of assistant professor and/or Junior Research Fellowship award in Indian universities and colleges to do PhD(Doctor of Philosophy ,which is when you specialize in a subject ) with a monthly stipend or work as an assistant professor along with research fellowship. In the final year of MA you will have to submit a full-scale thesis, or a mini research paper . And at PhD level you will do a detailed ,long term research work and publish it . But all this can wait , it is far away ,so right now focus on finishing your 12th with a great score and join for BA.English Hons.

hi i m an jee aspirant as we know jee is near to us here it is important to solve relevent materials this time to practice. my idea i sto solve chaptrwise previous year questions and give mock test in that chapter.so can i follow this strategy or if not suggest me the relevant material at this point
From my personal experience, I still believe aceing JEE consists of 50% Hardwork and 50% Strategy. You need a proper test taking strategy, strategic selection of study material as well as a strategic routing for regular preparation. Some or the Material you may require and had proven to be beneficial in my case are as follows
1. Resonance Rank Booster PCM JEE Main
2. Allen Maths Handbook
3. Arihant Chemistry Handbook
4. Arihant 41+ Previous Years
5. DC Pandey Objective Physics
Solving Previous Years is of course important but not sufficient. You need a proper Test series like that of Allen Leader Online Test Series, during your final phase of your preparation. You should also ensure you complete atleast 2 Complete Full Syllabus Revision before JEE Main and should plan accordingly.

WHICH IS BEST IDEA AFTER BSC ??? MBA OR MTECH
Hello
In India in most of the institutes (almost all) you need to do a 4 year BSc programme to be eligible for doing MTech however you can persue your mtech degree abroad. From Indian point of view as well as from getting a job point of view, going for an MBA is a better choice. The salary of the two fields vary largely on an average too with MBA graduates earning more. MBA is a two year course and to get enrolled in any of the good institutes you will need to give either CAT or XAT. Besides this, most institutes have their own entrance exams too. For MTech in India in any good institute you will have to appear for GATE.
How much marks and percentile is required to get under 30K rank in jee mains 2021? Please Give me a rough idea.
Hi
It is difficult to predict the marks/ percentile required to get a rank of 30,000.
This is because,
Marks required to get a particular rank as keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc
But yes when we go through previous year trends then,
To get rank of 30,000 you need at least around 97 percentile and 97 percentile in terms of marks is around 120 marks.
You can check the same at our page the link is provided below
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
Now, limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
To prepare well you can go for our jee program at the convenience of your home, the link for the same is provided below

what is the least score of Neet to get admission in MBBS in general category approximately please help me to get an idea abou this
Being a General Category Aspirant, you need to secure or perhaps target securing atleast 600+/720 to stand a chance in any of the Good Government or State Medical Colleges. Of course, in certain states like Karnataka, Jharkhand, West Bengal or Odisha the State Counselling Cutoffs do reach 500-550, but that should not be your preliminary.

hi, i have hcv vol 1 all problems in 1st year, now i have minimum time towards jee, now it is my revision phase is this correct to to the hcv problems again as a test so that i can get all concepts cleared. is my idea correct if wrong suggest any way to my revision phase in physics
See in JEE you will be asked objective type question. Now it would be a randomity to do lengthy problems. You can revise the subjects from HCV and then practice the MCQ type problems but doing the long answer type question will be good but it wont help you in anyway to optimize time. Better you can do problems from chapter wise problem books or solve problem from DC PANDEY, BM SHARMA kind of books. If you don't have this solve the previous year papers. Solving MCQ questions will give you a confidence and will optimize the mistakes you made while solving in a short period of time.
Now if you want to solve the problems of HCV, you can. But don't solve it in a way like board exams. see the problems and do short calculation and see if you get the answers right. Do this if you think that solving HCV will bring confidence or if you have no other source to practice.
Also try to give some online or offline mock tests if possible.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
