Is EIE branch is good at lakireddy balareddy college for placements and academics..?

Anuj_1525372683 Student Expert 9th Aug, 2019

Hi there

Placement record has been average for EIE branch students at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering.

The placements for this year batch are very low compared to previous batches. The highest salary offered by the companies is 4.5 lakhs per year, the average salary is above 1.5 lakhs per year and the lowest salary is about 60,000 per year. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Amazon are the first to visit and Vee Technologies, Hyundai, Global Technologies and Allsec Technologies are the recently visiting companies. The major roles offered from companies are related to software and BPOs. 100% students of the 6th semester need to do the internship in the interested companies at least for 2 weeks. The stipend depends on company norms.

Hope this helps.

Which one is better Instrumentation and Control Engineering OR Aerospace

shivangi chauhan Student Expert 27th Jun, 2019

Hi,

Control and instrumentation (C&I) engineers are responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment. The job is to make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.

and So the scope is also high.Instrumentation engineers find work in Process industries (Refineries, Fertilizers, Paper, Power plant, Food processing, chemical etc), Process Automation (Emerson), Factory Automation (Hyundai)

In aerospace - it is a broad branch of study  deals with the study and development of aircraft and spacecraft. And is still developing sector in India and many other countries. But as a developing sector itself, India offers good scope in the aerospace. Aerospace Engineering is a Good choice to enhance the career in the Aviation Industry.

Both the career have bright  and shining future ahead.

The choice is yours, choose the field you are interested into so that you can deliver best of yourself.

How is thapar electronics (instrumentation and control)engineering vs nit raipur biomedical

Shubham Kumar Gupta 1st Aug, 2019
Hello aspirant,

The better college really depends upon your preferences. Both Thapar University and NIT Raipur are among top engineering institutions.

Both of them have great campus, faculties as well as placement. Nit Raipur although being a government college has an edge over Thapar University. But at the same time ICE is better branch than Biomedical which is not a core engineering branch.

So, I would suggest you to join college based upon your interest.

Hope you a great college life ahead.

How is the scope of instrumentation engineering in near future

Vikas Student Expert 18th Jun, 2019
It has a very good scope in Foreign. But it has a less scope in India.Generally the Instrumentation students join software industry i.e. IT professional or move to other fields like electronics. Some students go toward higher studies in their respective specialisation as per their GATE rank. You can join PSU after getting a good rank in GATE.Still the scope in core field is less in INDIA because of lessser no. Of core companies visiting any college .The Instrumentation engineer salary increases after having a experience of 5 -10 years.Although it is a good branch which has most of subject common with EC and other branches. It is also has a scope in Automation and Robotics but for that you have to work hard after your graduation then only you can have a better future. But, Instrumentation engineer are required everywhere in a manufacturing plant, thermal plant, steel industry ,Gas refinery etc.
Hope this hepls.
