Instrumentation Engineering
Dear aspirant,
It is a good branch with bright future scope .
This is a multi-disciplinary stream and covers subjects from various branches such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, electronics, biomedical and computers. This helps in making a switch to other disciplines, if anyone wishes to after completion of the Course. Instrumentation engineering is a specialised branch and it deals with measurement, control and automation of processes.
Details are mentioned below which will help you analyse the course
Instrumentation engineers may design devices like dynamometers for measuring torque, blood glucose monitors, aircraft sensors, and smoke detectors.
They may develop electrocardiograph equipment and computed tomography scanners or may work on security systems.
They also play essential role in every successful aeronautical research projects.
They find employment in manufacturing firms, defense contractors, biomedical companies, government, or work for private engineering firms.

Hi there
Placement record has been average for EIE branch students at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering.
The placements for this year batch are very low compared to previous batches. The highest salary offered by the companies is 4.5 lakhs per year, the average salary is above 1.5 lakhs per year and the lowest salary is about 60,000 per year. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Amazon are the first to visit and Vee Technologies, Hyundai, Global Technologies and Allsec Technologies are the recently visiting companies. The major roles offered from companies are related to software and BPOs. 100% students of the 6th semester need to do the internship in the interested companies at least for 2 weeks. The stipend depends on company norms.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
Control and instrumentation (C&I) engineers are responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment. The job is to make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
and So the scope is also high.Instrumentation engineers find work in Process industries (Refineries, Fertilizers, Paper, Power plant, Food processing, chemical etc), Process Automation (Emerson), Factory Automation (Hyundai)
In aerospace - it is a broad branch of study deals with the study and development of aircraft and spacecraft. And is still developing sector in India and many other countries. But as a developing sector itself, India offers good scope in the aerospace. Aerospace Engineering is a Good choice to enhance the career in the Aviation Industry.
Both the career have bright and shining future ahead.
The choice is yours, choose the field you are interested into so that you can deliver best of yourself.
Hope this helped.

Hello...
In terms of academics and infrastructure this college is quite good.
The college has tie-ups with good companies who provide better opportunities to the CSE, Electrical & instrumentation department .
The internship opportunities are quite good as many companies are situated nearby the campus.
Even placement of this college is very good expect for branches like mechanical and civil.
