am now aware of the basic idea and actually I was interested in psychology (clinical & counselling) from the beginning than any other courses, Now the problem is, how can I convince my parents? My parents thinks that psychology has no scope and studying engineering will be good and jobs are sure.

Ayush Maurya 27th Feb, 2022

Hello there

Tell your parents that not following passion of anything into which you're having interest will make you stuck in an endless misery just because anything into which you are not having interest will make you stressful and filled with anxiety as the work will not give you a feel of adventure, which everyone needs. And yes engineers are totally jobless nowadays, only those can survive and excel who've interest into it. And as you said you don't have interest then I'm damn sure you will not be able to earn properly in this era.

I hope it helps you!

Thank you!

the jobs for neurosurgeon i have seen just offer 3-5 lakh per month why is the salary so low, dont neurosurgeons charge 2.5 lakh to 7.5 lakh per surgery

Subhrajit Mukherjee 18th Jan, 2022

The salary structure you have seen are for the Resident Neurosurgeon. On one year of experience, you will become a Senior Resident which is around 4-6 Lacs and after the senior resident, you can become the staff surgeon or the junior surgeon in any hospital which will have considerably a good hike of salary. After 4-5 years of experience your package is expected to go above 15-20 lacs if you are neurosurgeon in metropolitan city. So don't worry about the figures, medical profession is an experience based field. So once you have experience you are eligible for more opportunities.

Have a great day!

Most of the employers nowadays mention MBA as required qualification in their job postings. If I do a PGDM / PGP course instead of MBA, can I still apply for such jobs? Will the employers consider my candidature?

Nisha 15th Jan, 2022
Hey there,

Yes, you can apply. It is because both the MBA and PGDM courses are valuable and have their importance in the field of management and the corporate world.

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration which is offered by UGC approved university . MBA is imparting the theoretical aspects of business management and administration.

PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management offered by AICTE I.e. All India Counselling for Technical Education. PGDM Course is designed to provide practical knowledge of industries & businesses to the students .
