I didnt study Hindi in 12th. Am I eligible for B.A. Hons. Hindi Patrakarita in DU? What are the career options? Can I become a journalist?

Nikita Akhuli 30th Jun, 2019
Hi aspirant,
You are eligible for opting Hindi hons even if you have not studied the subject in your class 12th.
But the only limitation is that you will face a deduction of 2.5% from your best four % .

Yes you can choose the profession of jounralism after your ug but the limitation here again is that most Colleges offer jounralism in English so you need to be well versed with English along with Hindi.
You can probably choose the job of hindi content writer for magazines and websites as well as the professions of teacher and professor are always available for you.

All the best
