how many students have applied for various major engineering entrance exams in 2021

Dear aspirant,

It is very difficult to tell that total how many candidates have applied for engineering in whole india through various engineering entrances.

Some of the major entrances in which students generally apply are:-

1- Jee mains and advanced (Almost 12-13L students every year)

2-Bitsat

3-Comedk

4-Srmjeee

5-Mhcet

6-manipal entrance examination

7-Pessat

On a general basis you can expect a total of 20-25L students are giving engineering entrances.

I have secured a rank of 1770 in the SRMJEEE Phase-1 examination. I am interested in joining the main campus with CSE as a major and specialization in AI and ML. Will I be getting any scholarship? What would my tuition fees be annualy?

srm jee rank wise tuition fees waiver is as follows:

SRMJEEE Rank 101-500         Awarded at the time of admission    100% fees waiver

SRMJEEE Rank 501-1000    Awarded at the time of admission    75% fees waiver

SRMJEEE Rank 1001-2000    Awarded at the time of admission    50% fees waiver

SRMJEEE Rank 2001-3000    Awarded at the time of admission    25% fees waiver

srm institute of technology b.tech in cse with specialization of AI AND ML  yearly fees ranges from 2lakh to 2.50 lakhs depends on the campus. since your rank in under 2k, you are eligible for 50% fee waiver.

Enlist the major recommendations of NEP2020 for school education.

The major recommendation of NEP 2020  for School Education are:

  • In this system, there will be 12 years of Schooling with 3 years of Anganwadi/Pre-Schooling.
  • The new system will have four stages namely Foundational Stage (three years of Anganwadi or pre-school followed by classes 1-2), Preparatory Stage (classes 3-5), Middle Stage (classes 6-8) and Secondary Stage (classes 9-12)
  • No separation between the Science, Arts and Commerce stream.
  • To build Internship and Vocation training courses from class 8.

The eligibility criteria for the Course states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 45-50% marks in any subject stream from a recognised board of education.
