Yes you can choose as 2nd language if Delhi University have this option. Otherwise you can't take this subject. You can get this as additional subject also if there present in Korean language. As per my knowledge i think you don't need a maths degree as in bachelor's to work in finance. You should graduate a finance degree or a related buisness degree. If you study maths instead you are just opening doors in academic programs and job offers that are broader than the world of financial institutions. You need to study very common or low level maths to study for your finance pre-major or major requirements.

so if you want to make a career in corporate sectors in HR domain then you should pursue mba in HR.
