You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category yoh may qualify in JEE Main because the cut off was 90.3765335 percentile for general category in 2020. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc. The qualifying cut off for JEE Main 2020 is as follows category wise
Considering your overall rank it is difficult to get seat in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs if you belong to general category. You need to score minimum 98-99 percentile. However, you have decent chances to qualify for JEE Advanced so you can prepare for JEE Advanced.

As you gave the JEE Main exam in 16th March 2nd shift, your paper difficulty level was moderately difficult so your percentile would be somewhere around 79.95 - 83.21. At this much percentile you will not bet NIT, you may go for state level or private engineering colleges. You should also try for advanced.

At 247 marks in JEE Main examination held on 18 March 1st shift, your percentile would be around 99.84 - 99.92 percentile and your rank would be, considering 99.92 percentile - it would be AIR 818 - 920. And considering 99.84 percentile your rank would be AIR 1637 - 1840. Now, as per the previous year cutoffs you will easily get CSE branch in any of the top 5 NITS.
