As per the information available there are a total 1, 18, 316 MBBS & BDS Seats available in India for NEET 2020. Of these, about 80 thousand are MBBS seats which include 41,388 Government Medical seats as well as 1107 AIIMS, JIPMER MBBS seats. In every college one seat is always present for kashmir migrant seat. You know this year cutoff marks is higher than previous year. So qualifying marks for kashmir migrant 119 and cut-off is 96.

But if you want to get good government medical college then your mark's will be above 400.

BDS is specialization in Dental Surgery and Bams stand for Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine.There is a disadvantage of BAMS since ayurvedic courses are not recognized worldwide so you cannot practise or earn your living everywhere outside India.However it is not the same case for BDS since dentists are required everywhere and the earnings of a dentist annually is generally quite better and you can set up your own clinic.So my opinion is you should go for BDS.However its your choice and you should always follow your passion.
