Hello
It depends onthe institute you took admission in. In most cases there is a requirement of paying a certain amount as seat leaving bond and they might ask you to pay the ermaining fees of the course , which I assume will be a lot. My advice would be to get in touch with your college administration and ask them about the legal policies of the institute so that you can decid ewhether to leave or not (if you have taken admission by submitting all the documents).

Hey!
I am unable to understand your query.
I am considering that you are asking about the 15% all india quota in NEET. Under this quota, candidates can get admission in any state / district in the country, it they qualifies the cutoff of the college and it varies form state to state. with your score, it is difficult to get into any government colleges.
You can try into following colleges (based on previous years records):

Getting seat in government medical college is a little bit difficult with this score but there are fair chances that you might get a government seat in private medical college of Karnataka.
