Literally there are no chances for you to get a government seat. This year's competition is extremely high. Where even the one who got 580+under OC category did not get a government medical college. But there are chances for you to get a private and deemed college. If you are desperate about government medical seat then take NEET for the second time. Let me remind you that even the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time. Having hope till the end is never wrong. Ans let me state this clearly fees for private and deemed colleges will be quite high.

Based in your score you have less chances if securing seat in government or private medical under all india quota and state quota.You do have chances of getting admission in deemed universities. It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks and category you have no chances to get any of the medical college under state quota counselling of AP. So I would recommend you to either try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.

As per your question your state rank is 5086, with this rank it's quite difficult to get a seat in a Government Medical College or a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College. Yes you can get a seat in government college for mbbs as your rank 842 and 521 in both the categories are quite appropriate..
As the number of reservations seats are more and for girls there is also some seats
