Msc(mathematics) selection process has already started on 30 jan 2021 and last date is till not been told in MCC. In Joseph there are no update on the selection process beginning dates in Msc( Mathematics) till yets please follow there officially website for further notice inthe selection process.

So now you want to withdraw your seat as you have got another college, I would say that you need to contact the college for this if they would refund the amount. As per my view they will refund after deducting a certain amount.

MCC Bangalore is a good college and there are all total of 70 seats available for Msc Mathematics and for Joseph college it is 60 as per the last year.However the seats are a subject to change from Year to year based on several factors.However both of these colleges are good based on infrastructure and faculty.
