MCC
Yes, you should apply for MCC Stray Vacancy Counselling. I believe at a NEET Score of 369, only because you have SC Category advantage you may have slight chances in securing a seat at one of the Better Medical Institutes in Delhi. But do ensure, your institute has proper infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilties. Do keep an eye on the Counselling procedure and updates. All the best.
Hello,
The refundable security money will be refunded after the counselling process is completed. If the candidate has taken admission in his allotted college then the security fee will be adjusted against the first year fee. But, if the candidate didn't get any seat or didn't take admission in his allotted seat then the money will be refunded at the same account of the candidate through which the payment had been done during the counselling. Previously, MCC have declared a notice which states that the refund will be done within 31st December, 2020.
Hope it helps!
Good luck!
The MCC website works only to fill the 15% seats reserved for the ALL india quota. So to fill the rest of the 85% of the seats in the medical or dental colleges you have to register on the respective state websites. This is the only way to take part in the state counselling.

Hi. For state round, you will have to register on the website which conducts your state counselling for admission into MBBS and BDS courses via NEET. As the mop up round of the all india counselling has already been conducted successfully, you cant register at the MCC's website.
Dear aspirant
The vaccant seat surrender seat are added into the respective State quota pool and you can apply to only state for which you hold domicile certificate/ or eligible.you can't apply to other state until unless you belong to that state. So you will only eligible to the state which you belong. You can apply in mop-up round for deemed university, central university seat, AIIMS, jipmer, ESIC college through AIQ neet counseling. You can join your own state quota counseling.
You can use our college predictor tool for predicting the best college at your marks and rank in your state. It is quite helpful for many students. Try it by visiting the link below
Hope I may have resolved your query
Best regards!!
Once you got allotted College in any round after first round then you have no free exit option that means you will have to either take admission or either exit with forfeiture fees ( by losing your security deposit) . So better check the all the norms of neet counselling scheme from MCC website then get participated. Also the mop-up round are held for deemed university, seat vaccant of central University, AIIMS, jipmer , ESIC seat only. AIQ govt MBBS seat allotment was only upto 2nd round and the vaccant seat are transferred to the respective State quota. So if want available seat of the above mentioned seats then participate.
The stray vacancy round is conducted for the vacant seats after the mop up round. In the counselling process Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-Up Round is conducted online by MCC. However, the Stray Vacancy round is conducted by the respective Deemed/Central Universities/Central Institutes/AIIMS/JIPMER for which the list of registered & eligible candidates for the Stray Vacancy round is forwarded by the MCC to the respective universities. As per the rules of the authority, all the registered candidates can participate in the stray vacancy round. Also, the candidates who didn't participated in the first three round of counselling can also appear for the stray round.
So, yes ! You can participate in the stray vacancy round.
There are 2 things that you need to remember.
1. Government Medical Colleges do not participate in the Mop Up Round of All India Counselling.
2. You cannot resign a seat allotted in the Mop Up Round. But if you want to, you will lose the security deposit of 2 lakhs.
Mop Up round is nothing but the round in which the vacant seats of Deemed Universities/Central Universities/ AIIMS/ JIPMER/ ESIC are filled up. The left over seats of Government Medical Colleges are transferred to the respective States and so no GMC participates in Mop Up Round. Eligible Candidates for Mop Up round:
1. Candidates who registered for Round 1 and opted for Free exit
2. Candidates who registered in Round 2 and exited with forfeiture of fees
3. Candidates who did not register for Round 1 or Round 2,
4. Candidates who registered either for Round 1 or Round 2 but did not get a seat
Candidates who have already joined in Round 2 of AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/AIIMS/JIPMER are not eligible for Mop Up Round. https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Documents/UGSchemeFinal.pdf .
